Folks outside the beltway always were snobs about us from the classic neighborhoods of NOVA. Used to play golf where Fairfield mall is. Tier one malls and shopping areas, with young families in proximity are natural choices due to higher disposable incomes and education levels.
This has been a fun ride. Now that Iconic is done diluting all we need is signed lease for new units.
Columbia mall would be a solid hit. Not to far from Baltimore and Dc. With MoCo and Howard County money, we will all be $GIGLn with our toes in the sand.
