yes, loudoun county is huge and is very family rich, with upper middle-wealthy families. ashburn has really grown in the past 5 years, with a very sizable increase in residents as well as commercial activity. i mentioned dulles airport, because it's my understanding that the company is being courted by airports to bring their business into that arena.

fairfax county would be equally as great, because of the wealth factor and family rich factor as well. if they could get into springfield mall, it would be great. dave and busters is already there for bigger kids and adults. the presence of the two would be a homerun at that location.
