IMHO, yes the CTs, on the securitized debt side of this hybrid stock, are satisfied in full due to POR reallocation to higher classes. BUT, I also believe the equity/security side is in the OBS as a beneficiary in the liquidating trust.
It is clearly stated in the POR that CTs are being paid, but reallocated. It also makes clear the definition of an equity security and the CTs meet that definition.
