The CEO's form 4 filing was a stock option conversion, not an open market purchase.

The stock option conversation was made by the CEO's spouse, Brian McDonald.

The CEO appears to have applied some of her earlier granted stock options to her husband, and place them in his name.

This was smart asset planning.
