Thanks JC. I suspected that must be the case but wasn't certain if voting rights converted into the number of shares. If that is the case, look out. That means they can convert their 10 million preferred into 5 billion common! And they were quick to convert the 10 million before at a 4-1 ratio and then issue another 10 million preferred at 500-1. Of course, they would have to raise the A/S again but if that is in fact the conversion rate, one would suspect that in the future, the a/s will be more than 5 billion. If we are reading this right, this stock is looking very dangerous....
