Please keep this sticky - more relevant than ever
2019 offers 2-3 three different potential launch-pads:
(1) Collins En Banc ruling in mid-January, with potentially speedy ruling thereafter (the court wanted briefs in two weeks, they are ready to go!)
(2) Potential Mnuchin, acting FHFA director (Otting?), undertaking administrative action to move towards RnR
(3) Sweeney ruling on whether to dismiss or move to trial on plaintiff's cases in the Court of Claims
The message is not relevant to condescending preferred holders who smugly think they are all knowing and made the only worthwhile move from common to preffered, and that anyone gives a crap LOL, but then there is a different board for them -- please move them to that board
