rbtree: Bonds and U.S Gov't contracts, IMO. Again, not being the finance major, it appears that the bond values and hypothication of the bonds will go to CSHD where they will show up under "Assets", adding significantly to their book value.

Also, they will receive annual interest in relation to the bonds of between 6-13% so far, based on the bond and it's specific terms. That money will go right to the bottom line in the form of revenue.

This is how I basically understand it.

OF course they are. And they are publicly traded. So the question is how the "Foundation" convinced all of the owners to donate them, so that the foundation could pay a usuriously high 50% for asset mgmt services.
