The PS's job is to disseminate information based on the consensus currently within the executive branch. If he is doing his job his "opinion" shouldn't even be considered let alone announced to the general public. Although I agree with you that this horse won't be stopped, it wouldn't be the first time we've seen someone say one thing while campaigning and then do the exact opposite. As far as Sessions goes...who knows what the man will do. Cheers!
