huh? I suggest you read my posts on the matter. I've highlighted the relevant section:

Why won't Jerry explain what the supposed cash infusion is going to cost the shareholders?

It wouldn't surprise me in the least that Jerry cobbles together some sort of BS agreement he'll claim is "the deal." Still, why hasn't Jerry explained that rather important detail?

Someone asked a very sensible question on the "Official" site.


It is also my understanding that she will then infuse RMHB with an unspecified amount of cash to "fuel growth". I am interested in the structure of this cash infusion. Will it be a loan? Will it be a purchase of warrants/debentures? I want to know what the cost of this cash is...
