Yes it is a lot of news, Serb. Takes a while to digest just the past month of news and milestones.

Think about what it's going to look like after another month or two - seedlings from the nursery to that virgin soil on our first 100 acres, progress on the reservoir, management team for Cielo Mar bolstered, sales/showcase/operations office in Ensenada, market offer for the first lot reservations at Cielo Mar and first lots reserved/sold... milestones on drawing up the master plan which, when completed and approved, will result in immediate multiples of the PGUS valuation!
