Good grief. You weren't kidding. That was a very long read. Unfortunately, all of that verbiage means nothing. As we both know, nothing happens to these delinquent filers for years. IMO, this is why these companies continue to break the rules. There is simply no bite to the bark.
It's time the SEC starts cracking the whip.

It applies to all securities exchanges and over-the-counter markets. Just because it's pointed out, does not mean it was violated by TALK.


It's all good until the SEC says otherwise, last time (moments ago) I checked iTalk was just fine. No issues.. happy trading.
