I'm not a lawyer so I'm not going to attempt to summarize what the parties joint 25 page "Joint Pre-Trial Order" directed by the judge says.

The parties do request a pre-trial conference "at the court’s earliest convenience."

I believe that at pre-trial conferences, among other things, judges try to get the parties to settle. If they don't then a trial date is set.

If they don't settle and a trial date is indeed set, I believe it will be a jury trial estimated to last 3 days.

But anything can happen before a trial actually begins. I remember years ago that Arrayit settled a case the day before the trial for that case was set to start.

We can only speculate what will happen in this case.
