I believe that number listed for the float is incorrect as well and should expect it to be updated here shortly. When you account for a few investors and myself, we can get close to that 40mil mark alone so it is unlikely the float is that low

Your math is wrong. Float is a portion of the outstanding shares, not an addition to.

400,000,000 Shares @ .01 Takes $4,000,000 .....

Most Investor´s realize some well-heeled billionaires are playing the cannabis-hemp stocks ...... That being said ..... a speculative investor who recognizes the impact of reducing the float to 43 million shares may have done so ..... though it would seem a special filing would have to be made to disclose such holdings .....

I´m not saying this alleged low float of 43 million shares is true one way or the other ..... I´m simply pointing out the possibility ..... Which means ..... Where is the filing for holding such a large percentage of shares ?
