Eurolaf is just taking the market void that Rontan left open by failing to provide services. GDSI will not get and does not deserve anything from Eurolaf.
The deal is Rontan went out of business and left many buyers of products and services open to and looking for a new supplier, Eurolaf is just fulfilling those needs and is stepping in to fill that void.
GDSI has a potential of recourse against Rontan for breach of the SPSA, and that is only viable if Rontan and the Bolzans have anything to get after the courts finish stripping Rontan down.
And of course it costs money to sue someone and that is something GDSI does not have
