Atmosphere Global is a sanitation company, that at one time, was in acquisition negotiations with WSGP, deal did not go through for whatever the reason. WSGP management went stealth mode after the initial acquisition announcement a couple years back.

Hopefully we get a word of some sort from management soon, whomever that may be? JMO
