The stock is only going going down because shorts are playing a rough hand causing some long shareholders with weak knees to fold but big shareholders and institutional buyers are picking up shares on the cheap way down here. They (the institutional buyers) have already bought nearly 25% of outstanding shares.
Shorts have pretty much flat-lined as was evidenced by the bounce off .83 a couple weeks ago. We may drift a bit lower but the underlying fundamentals are strong with PLUG and at the first hint of profitability (say a beat earnings estimate of 2 or 3 cents) and boom! ... PLUG will take off! Giddyup PLUG!!!
