Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything about it other than the PR about the agreement. It looked promising and everything looked good, but they went completely dark in 2011.
Agreed, the business seems to be doing very well, their facebook page has over 17k likes, numerous articles about them and their success in magazines. If someone can find evidence that they are still a subsidiary under ELCR, that would certainly help.
