IMO, a better question would be "what is holding it UP?"..I believe the liquidity in this stock is heaven for scalpers,day traders etc.Also,lets not forget the constant issuing of paper by the company itself(interest payments on debt,cheap financings with warrants etc).This indirectly finds its way into the marketplace;why and how it gets unreported as insider sale is the sixty four thousand dollar question..
