There was nothing mcig have yo Rio shareholders for their investment in the product/company. Mcig got the product for free and then just sold it off. E already owned the shell, so selling the shell to another company isn't giving investors anything. But our fault mcig/vtcq couldn't figure it out, it made the dumb decision to spin it off in the first place.
