Sent email to CEO asking if lawsuit was reopened or if it was a dead issue. Here's his response.

The PC Drivers lawsuit is on going. When I took over and realized the extent to which they have basically ignored the contract they signed with AmbiCom and the dollar amount owed to us, we went after them and will continue to do so.
