how to interpret the following part....

Presentation 4027 is the final report for the GEA-lead program for Sigma's IPQA technology for 3D metal printing.

a) SGLB's IPQA technology is ready for commercial use

b) SGLB's IPQA technology is no longer going to be developed with GEA

c) the project is complete, as per initial intent

Looks like they fixed the news summary on the Morf3D deal after you brought it to Witty's attention but that number had to come from somewhere and I have a pretty good feeling about it...GTLA
