You apparently quoted a post of mine from a few months ago where I challenged people to provide proof that class action lawsuits were ALREADY filed by shareholders AGAINST IMSCQ.
You replied with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TOPIC! Giving standing to file a lawsuit against some of the creditors is NOT a lawsuit by shareholders against IMSCQ.
Please go back and read my post again to see the correct context!
The good part about you bringing this up is that is shows that still, months later, there is no class action lawsuit by shareholders against IMSCQ, contrary to what was said here!
