Imagine they have a new delivery system under development.. or maybe new trials or products coming after the creme... if a doctor comes out reports trials as a poster here has said with efficiency over 75% then we have a billion dollar market cap off the creme alone and anything else would be unexpected not priced into pps and hence a surge would occur.. does it happen tomorrow or the day of presentation we shall see one thing for sure I'm glad I got my tickets
