0.15 is the cost of a warrant, not the strike price. When you buy two units in a placement, you can sell two shares, and keep one warrant. 15 cents is the loss at which you sold your shares. Each unit = 1 share + 1 warrant. The loss becomes the cost of the warrant.

I am just pricing the warrant like a call option with a strike price.
