Will be much quicker to rise to record levels. OWC*P's runs started in the fall of the year. We are in the prime time of the year for pennies not to mention the business climate is much more favorable than it was during the fall of 2016. We also have huge investments going into the stock market not to mention MMJ has become extremely HOT right now.
