Keep in mind that FINRA hasn't been notified for 6 months now - the word on the street is that the the pigeon carrying the signed documents to FINRA encountered high winds and dangerous storm and most likely either got killed on the way or is captured and waiting for the ransom to be paid. Until that happens, ARIOQ will be trading.
