Interesting what the lawsuit is claiming, because remember when we first struck our deal with Aratana they made public comments that they thought they could get conditional approval by "end of 2015/beginning of 2016". We are already a year past that timeline. It sounds like they may have a problem with setting too aggressive timelines and not delivering on them.
