They screwed something up. If the pps is .0001 and they do a 1:1000 reverse split then the pps should be .10/share not .01/share.

I suppose the hapless shareholders who bought on the news of the massive scale edibles have not been too badly fleeced, assuming they can still divest themselves from their PPJE before it becomes PPJED.

Of course, come the next financials, they will discover that the new project doesn't bring any revenues, no surprise there, but also that PPJE has not made any investment towards its realization,
except for the press release, of course.

Called the RS and AS reduction in December.

In addition to the 1:1,000 reverse, the new amendment also reduces the AS to 10B from 20B.

Back on December 7, 2016, I wrote the following about the first $50K from GPL:

First $50K could add 714.3M shares

Per the PPJE PR, the first $50K note can be converted at any time, at 70% of the low.

Taking conversion "at any time" literally, then much of today's selling at $0.0001 could have been conversions made at $0.00007.

Converting $50K at $0.00007 results in 714,285,714 shares
added to the OS.

I would expect that future tranches from GPL will be priced at 70%, or lower.

Which is why Basu won't lower the current AS from 20B until after the next reverse split.

The first item (a) in the filing was about the reverse split, while the second (b) was about the reduction in AS.

Basu reduced the AS after the reverse split.

I am correct yet again!

Then again, if the RS still has to be approved by FNRA, then the AS reduction will have happened immediately, while the RS might take a little more time.

I think it's 100:1 because 1000 doesn't add up or it should be a dime after with 1000~! Hopefully someone catches that or we're f~K'd~!
