Well first of all, it's February and that's plenty of time. Second, this is not your average administration or congress. They have started off on a 3000 times faster pace of getting things accomplished and will do the same with MJ this year. This administration will not, nor will let congress move at the snails pace it has under the last 4 administrations. Third, there has never been an almost 70% nation wide acceptance of recreational MJ. This is a new generation of voters and it's no longer a democratic vs republican issue. It's now the people vs the government issue and if you have been paying attention to news for the last 12 to 18 months, you can see the people are now winning and the government will be doing as the people wish.
