If he is doing PIPE, how come we don't see a bulk of transactions on the market.

I believe, stocks under PIPE stll go through, market but only be bought, by the intended buyer.

What I am afraid of as I said the other day.

I just hope he will not tie those shares to any deals or supposed acquisitions. Those shares have to be retired or all credibility he has ( if any now ) will be lost. It will be perceived by many as a scam instead of a shot in the arm for shareholders. I have been long here for a long time and have just about run out of patience.
