What's surprising is that anybody is surprised. Bottom line--It's a Saeed Talari "stock". Do some deep DD on him. There is plenty of information to be found on him and his many failed (for retail) share selling, insider enriching scams.
Give him a call or e mail him as well. The numbers are in the public domain and are not hard to find.
Why would investors not go to the source to get their fairy tales.
