The last report for 9/30/2016 took 60 days to report:

The Quarter that ended on 12/30/2016 should be between March 1st until April 3rd.

I believe the Quarterly and the Yearly could both come out on April 3rd, 2017 and they are given longer to report the Yearly.

KAYS backing only comes from Private Investing, so they are usually late in reporting their Quarterly returns.

KAYS has a History of reporting Late...But they always Report them.

Looks like the KAYS share price is recovering quite nicely from last Friday when most all of the MJ stocks took a hit[except 1 of mine].
