When you have McCuster posting the Corporate Resolution to the ORRV on a Saturday on OTC Markets, it leads me to think that they are working around the clock to make sure everything is in order for them to move forward:

McCuster is an over $25 Million company and I trust that their lawyers and accountants are fully aware of what "i's" need to be dotted and what "t's" need to be crossed for them to move forward. I'm sure they are not perfect, but my trust is with them more so than anyone believing on the contrary that might choose to presume otherwise.
