Thats not a fact. Thats called generalizing OtC companies. Many OtCs have audited financials. They usually only audit the annuals on OtCs ;-)

SDVI sure doesn't have audited fins and its an alternative reporting company? That means they don't report to the SEC and can darn near spew any lies they want. Perfect setup for a pump and dump.
