I just cannot get over the FACT that a $78 bil company (QIC) is offering to build our restaurant, at no cost to us ($GIGLr's), in one of their premier locations(Shops at Tanforan). That's $1.4 mil for the "Free 99" :-)

I challenge others to find me another restaurant that's being offered what $GIGL is by mall owners. Not saying it doesn't exist, but if it does, I guarantee its a massive restaurant chain being traded on the big boards or a private company worth billions.
