I wouldn't jump to a stock board poster's request to display the DEA document. Maybe an 8K filing or something stating he has the agreement would be enough. If he wants to contact his attorney and do something he's comfortable with then do so.

Believe me, and I do not mean this in an ugly way, most folks on these stock boards do not have a clue about running a business or understand compliance and legal issues.

I'd rather be safe than see something silly happen!!!
