I don't know. I think there is zero chance of him mentioning a brand name, but a slight chance of him saying any of the following: (1) lift prescription cap on abuse deterrent formulations anti-addiction drugs, (2) require insurers to drop pre-authorization for MAT, or (3) increase opioid epidemic funding to $1 billion next year (over the $500 million authorized by CARA).
