No. A done deal would have to have been notified to the SEC and the market. RMHB is now a fully reporting company - remember? After 5 months of PR blather and excuses there is still no done deal.
If a deal with Mrs Li and her friends does get done and announced the next questions will be about the details - who are these people, how solid are they, what actual funding has been advanced, what actual capital will be injected and when, what plans are there to get RMHB out of the mess it is in? If Jerry runs true to form the stockholders will be left in the dark and wondering.
