What Trump needs to do if he's sincere is to reschedule marijuana from a Schedule I drug to Schedule II at the very least. That way it would open up the ability for it to be researched in this country and take the ridiculous illegality of it away. Otherwise I agree it's a states rights issue but the feds need to stay out of the law enforcement end.
