I'm not expecting one. I am expecting an annual report and an Attorney opinion letter. That will be good enough for me.

I am looking to see what revs were made up till years end, but even more I am waiting for mid May to see the first quarter report for periods Jan through March.

Un audited no opinion letter, but should show some nice revs.

An audit or and uplist announcement will just be icing on the cake.
