It is the debt issued by LBHI to the trust in exchange of the proceeds from the issuance of CTs. It is therefore a legal obligation of the trust to file a claim. We can expect that it will be included in the cancellation of debt when the POR is closed. This cancellation of 10-B claim does not mean that the Cts are gone because of the Lehman guarantee that the CTs are in parity with the senior preferred.
