Don't think it's that important

It's important if they want to convince FINRA that a merger has taken place. They have a number of Nevada filings to catch up with. They need to merge ORRV and McCusker holdings, but before they do that, they need to create "ORRV Acquisition, Inc., which still does not exist in Nevada.
