Yeah, so what. Can't process hemp or kenaf.

It really doesn't matter what comes out of Perlowin's mouth until the plant is fully operational, meaning that it can decorticate kenaf, clean and process the fiber, use the MacTavish line to clean and prepare the hurd in preparation for milling, and then mill and bag the product and package the fiber.

The only thing the plant is now capable of doing is milling old semi-ground kenaf hurd that been sitting in inventory for nearly three years.

It's been almost a year since Perlowin showed any progress toards completion of the Decorticator/fiber cleaning part of the plant, and based on the photos from Feb/March, 2016, there was still six months of work to be performed.

There has been no talk at all of the MacTavish line since it was moved, with no plans, permits or installation mentioned.
