Respectfully, I disagree with your ORRV thoughts. You said... "potentially fraudulent S-1 filings for other companies"...

As you can see, the key word "potentially" means that business as usual until something happens. Nothing happened on such a level to where ORRV was put into any negative situation based on what you have posted that put them in violation of anything.

Bottom line, Adam Tracy has nothing to do with the new ORRV going forward. Attaching his name to anything going on with ORRV is futile and redundant. I think the market is going to see things the way that myself and others are looking at things as the public evidence is very clear that ORRV is a very new company now with new management.

With this Corporate Resolution posted/filed over the weekend helping towards the completion of the merger speaks volumes for McCuster to be the new entity going forward:
