the 5 min rule or 15 min rule gap down for longs works a lot of the time.

so go long after the first 5 or 15 min up candle with a stop just
below it. breadth candle should confirm and be in sync.

be willing to take the quick loss.

they probably don't want to sell tell after the Tuesday speech.
