Those two seem very committed to supporting the company. Would be nice to see just a little bit of attention to shareholders. The 15-12G without an official press release or note to shareholders just seems wrong to me.

This is great, but too bad Stan isn't more involved with this shell. With his money and talent POWN could be so much more. Sad but true.
