Exactly, what makes the most sense here is a Merger with a whole new business. What that business will be we have to wait to find out.

It is obvious that something is happening. I'm happy to be in before an announcement or filing is put out.

WSGP trades as clean as I've ever seen an OTC stock trade. No dilution and AS maxed. From the information we do have It looks like debt is paid off. It's a nice clean shell which is perfect for a reverse MERGER.
