Really? .05 is a pipedream...

We are at .0278 now...

Think about what the adding of our assets to the balance sheet will do to this stock...

Think about what the agriculture REVS flowing in - beginning in a few months will do to this stock...

Think about what the first LOTS being sold will do to this stock...

Think about what the final MASTER PLAN will do to this stock...

Think about what an investor conference will do to this stock...

Think about what hiring a REPUTABLE IR firm will do to this stock...

ALL HAPPENING IN 2017...

.10 should be the starting point.

Minimum.

People will have different opinions on what those assets will be worth TODAY - But when you have 4.7 MILES of oceanfront land with a master planned community finalized and LOTS selling all year it will be easy to figure out...

Just using the guided agriculture REVS from the conference call we can figure a value of that land (just the farmable portion!) which will get us to TENS OF MILLIONS/YR in gross REVS...

This is an OTC MONSTER and won't be long for this exchange.

I see NYSE in 18 months here.

Once the master plan is finalized by the engineers and architects, it needs to be approved by the town/city. Once that is complete all bets are off here. That changes everything immediately and totally changes the valuation of this company. We will be heading way north of your numbers. In fact I'm assuming we hit that area before approvals even come.
