Wrong again havenots, they can file 14d extension on 10k, so no it is not December...quit stating stuff you do not know as fact...you are digging a deep, deep hole, I almost think it is deep enough that you will never be able to climb out of it..my suggestion would be to leave this one alone..go find yourself a nice NAS or NYSE stock and sit tight. No more saving us from the evil beings out there, can you not see that those who are going to hold are holding based on DD, not heresay such as you present
