Jeffy could issue a liquidating dividend of the CSK stock to TRII holders...but you can bet that won't happen.

Would appreciate your analysis of the recent developements

Since the claim is TRII has received 8.5M shares from another scam, let's take a quick overview of it...

One has Duncan-Jeffy tossing the scam to Big North Graphite. A company who described their business as surprise ... a Graphite miner. Guess their scam angle was getting a little stale. So they changed their name to Cobal Tech, and now claim to be a Cobalt producer. What's their properties? Just one - the ole Duncan-Jeffy mine. And once again we have a new scam claiming the same crap as Duncan-Jeffy did. Ya know, gold just laying on the ground. Only this time they throw in Cobalt for fun.

Same ole scam

Look at the table in the article, and see if it sounds familar.

Despite the name change, they can't escape their

Past Financials

What should TRII SHs expect? Answer: Nothing. Butt butt butt there's 8.5M shares from this Canadian scam which has not had a profit since at least 2015. Yep, and in acquiring the mine from TRII, they needed to satisfy all TRII debts with liens against the property. Who stood at the front of the line with the largest single known debt note? That's right, our hero Duncan-Jeffy. SHs get to stand at the end of the line, after nothing is left.

The original Duncan-Jeffy plan was to pump up TRII, and then cash in his debt note, along with back wages for a ton of stock. Where stock for back salary would be a replay of what he did in KMAG. Since TRII didn't work out for him, he tossed the scam angle to CSK for a pile of stock. CSK is running up on nonsense, so it appears Duncan-Jeffy, and his rag tag circus of TRII debt note holders are going to make quite a profit. No bad deed goes unrewarded.

When will TRII SHs find out Duncan-Jeffy has sold the only assets of the company to pay off the debt notes? Answer: That would come in the form of an 8K, or never. Another yr of delinquency or whenever the SEC gets around to it, the stock gets delisted.

TRII exists only as a Zombie ticker.
